Helps keep our on-scene crisis team available 24/7 to assist victims in immediate danger.

- Couples who file jointly can reduce their state taxes by up to $987.
- Individuals or head of household filers can claim a tax credit of up to $495.
- 2026:
- Couples who file jointly can reduce their state taxes by up to $1009.
- Individuals or head of household filers can claim a tax credit of up to $506.
How does it work?
Donate to an organization that serves the working poor.
1. Prepare your Arizona state tax return
2. Claim the credit* when you file your return
3. Giving & receiving is easier than ever
Recent state law changes mean you no longer need to itemize your state return to claim this credit. The Arizona Charitable Tax Credit is in addition to and completely separate from the Private School Tuition and Public School Activity tax credits. You may participate in any or all three if you choose. If you have no Arizona tax liability for the current year, you may carry the tax credit forward for up to five years. Your donation may also be claimed as a charitable deduction on your federal income tax.
Goods Donations
Your donations provide direct support to victims. Many individuals arrive at Amberly’s Place with only the clothes on their backs. Your generosity helps provide comfort, stability, and basic necessities to those in crisis.
